Our management team

Tom Millon is CEO of Computershare Loan Services US. Tom is responsible for all financial and strategic functions for the US loan services business and directs a comprehensive range of financial technology, capital markets, mortgage loan origination, and servicing products. Tom founded Capital Markets Cooperative (CMC) in 2003 and developed it into a leading national mortgage brand, delivering a broad range of services to over 500 institutional customers. Computershare acquired CMC in 2016 and appointed Tom as CEO of Computershare Loan Services US in 2019. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), Tom is FINRA Series 3 licensed and is a member of the National Futures Association, the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Security Analysts Society of San Francisco.

Elizabeth Baumeister is the Head of Originations at Computershare Loan Services. She is responsible for leading fulfillment, recapture, the cooperative and our co-issue platform. Elizabeth encourages collaboration and empowers teams to produce at the highest level. Elizabeth has over 28 years of mortgage experience spanning all aspects of the business including portfolio recapture, secondary marketing, servicing, loss mitigation, corporate witness team oversight and asset management.

Jeff Johnson is Chief Operating Officer at Computershare Loan Services. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the business. Jeff's leadership is focused on delivering technology-driven business services and solutions while providing outstanding client service and driving revenue growth. Jeff served as the president of Seterus Loan Services, a specialty loan servicing company and held executive assignments with both JPM Chase and Wells Fargo.

Randy Lightbody is Chief Revenue Officer at Computershare Loan Services. He oversees all sales staff and activities for the Loan Services US business. Randy has over 32 years of mortgage banking experience and has held national leadership roles at Accenture, Digital Risk, Morgan Stanley, Countrywide, and Royal Bank of Canada. Randy is a customer-focused team player who is known for his tireless, focused and disciplined approach to success.

Angela Morris is the Global Head of Marketing at Computershare Loan Services. In this role, Angela is charged with the strategic direction, planning and execution of marketing directives for the United States and the United Kingdom. Angela has over 28 years of mortgage experience. Her career spans all aspects of the industry including training, lending and servicing. Angela’s true expertise is combining her deep knowledge of the mortgage industry with her passion for marketing.

Megan Peagler is the Chief of Staff at Computershare Loan Services. She oversees all transformation efforts including new client implementations, Robotic Process Automation, and process improvement. Megan has over 16 years of mortgage experience with extensive knowledge of loss mitigation, business controls, and business integrations. She is uniquely skilled at converting a long-term vision into incremental change and at maintaining a path towards long- and short-term goals.

Warwick Straw is Chief Information Officer at Computershare Loan Services. He is responsible for the development, integration and deployment of technologies and solutions. His sharp focus on leveraging emerging technology has accelerated the company’s growth and transformed client and customer experiences. Warwick has over 15 years of technology and business service delivery experience and has held leadership roles at Computershare as well as other large financial institutions in the Pacific/Oceania region.

Rick is Chief Legal Counsel at Computershare Loan Services. He has 20 years of legal and regulatory experience, with 18 years focused on residential mortgage servicing and origination activities. In 2000, Rick began his career in the mortgage business with Ocwen Financial Corporation where he spent 11 years in a variety of functions related to capital markets, default servicing, REO management and compliance. Prior to joining Computershare, Rick also served in key leadership roles as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for RoundPoint Financial Group, Inc., and Capital Markets Cooperative, LLC, respectively. Risk is currently responsible for overseeing the risk, legal and compliance support services for Computershare Loan Services globally. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisville and a Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.
