SHARP Awards Recognizes CMC Funding as one of Freddie Mac's Top Performing Servicers

Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, February 25, 2020 – Freddie Mac today announced CMC Funding, part of the Computershare Group, was honored with a 2019 Freddie Mac Servicer Honors and Rewards Program (SHARP)^SM Silver Award. SHARP recognizes servicers for superior servicing portfolio performance, outstanding customer service to borrowers, and for positive efforts to prevent and alleviate delinquencies. Freddie Mac measures servicer performance through specific servicing metrics, benchmarks and requirements.
